Instant quotes and pricing are done by clicking the “Reserve Now” button. Then simply enter you trip information and click the blue “Show Rates” button. If you have a special request, or you don’t need a trip amount instantly, please fill out the contact form or contact us directly.
You can click on the blue “Reservation” page at the top main menu of every page, which will take you to a form where you can make your reservation in 3 easy steps. If you have difficulty with the booking process, please call us, and our friendly staff will be able to answer all your questions, 24/7.
Our drivers will sweep the vehicle after we drop you off to make sure none of your belongings are left behind; however, JH TAXI and their affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. If you think you have left any items in our vehicle(s), please call anytime, and we will check immediately.
Once you make your reservation, you will receive it with a confirmation number via email. You will also receive a 24-hour pickup reminder with a phone call.
We monitor all flights with the airline two hours prior to arrival so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be. You can contact us if you’d like, but our drivers will always be there whether your plane lands earlier or later than the scheduled arrival time.
When you make a reservation online or by phone, we will ask for a credit card in order to hold the vehicle. Your credit card will NOT be charged for the trip amount until your ride is complete. All receipts are emailed within 24 hours of trip completion.
